Building Our App

Application of a Survey

First -in order to start building the app- we went to different schools from different districts in Aydın and surveyed students with dyslexia in order to figure out the words that students with dyslexia often mix.

We took these results and categorized them according to how complex they are. (Easy, Medium, Hard, Advanced)

Some of the words we used for different difficulties:
Easy - Three / Tree
Medium - Honey / Money
Hard - Serial / Cereal
Advanced - Complement / Compliment

Choosing the Icon for the App

In order to choose the icon for the app, we made a poll on the internet using a poll maker site. There were three contestants.

Development of the App

We used Java and XML programming languages for development. And with the use of the Android Studio Integrated Development Environment, we were able to build our app.
